I Introduction
The Karlax blog contains web pages created by the DA FACT company but can be edited by users wishing to contribute.
Every user has the ability to edit and publish, on his behalf and responsibility, personal notes that are accessible by all visitors.
II Conditions
Have read and acknowledged these terms of use
Be over 18 years old or under authorization of a parent for minor users
Have a valid email address
The content of user notes and comments should not be against either morality, laws or public order. This content should also remain royalty free and will be under the only responsibility of its author.
III General Rules
The following behaviors are banned on the Karlax Blog:
All kinds of illegal activity, especially harassment, fraud, defamation, racial discrimination, incitement to violence or hatred;
Publishing of content offending each’s rights or obscene, insulting, defamatory or offending posts;
Violence or incitement to violence, politics, racism or xenophobia, pornography, pedophilia, revisionism of negationism;
Disclosure of information that would allow other users and visitors to be identified, such as names, postal address, email of phone number.
Misuse of the blog to achieve propaganda or proselytizing, or for professional, commercial, political or religious purposes
Counterfeit of trademarks

The DA FACT company reserves the right to delete any content that would infringe the rules mentioned above or that would be subject to claims by other users.
